		<description>If you get greenchoice energy from the city of Austin (as I do), you probably already are giving some serious bucks to T Boone. &#38; I don't necessarily mind private investors making money as long as the infrastructure for new energy systems gets built, but I do want to see gov. oversight so that monopolies don't form that will keep basic services inflated &#38;  people of modest means struggling to pay for them.</description>
